Childhood


A friend asked me today after dinner if I was fed with cod liver oil when I was young.

*Grasp* What?! That obnoxious cod liver oil! How could I ever forget? My mum used to give this to me telling us it was good for my health. Wrong, I shouldn't say give to me. I should say force it down my throat. How I hated that taste in my mouth. It has a very strong and obnoxious odor of rotten fish and rancid liquid. Argh!!! The packaging is yucky too... no cartoons! It's just a glass bottle wrapped in a brown label with a picture of a man carrying a huge fish on his back.

Guess what form are they in now? Besides the original taste, they come with orange-flavour or capsule form!!! Wished they had it during that time. =(
